At UC Studios, Clifford provides civil, structural, and building-systems engineering expertise supporting projects that require close integration among architecture, structure, MEP systems, construction, and existing building conditions.
His role includes structural assessment, building-system coordination, constructability review, adaptive reuse planning, renovation strategy, and technical support through design and implementation.
Clifford is a multidisciplinary building professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning structural engineering, architectural design, MEP coordination, construction documentation, and field implementation. His work encompasses residential, commercial, hospitality, adaptive reuse, renovation, and turnkey development projects, where he has coordinated structural systems, HVAC layouts, mechanical design, building-envelope assemblies, and integrated floor-to-roof solutions. Clifford combines technical design expertise with practical construction experience, allowing him to carry projects effectively from design development through site execution. Throughout his career, he has overseen engineering and construction activities for projects associated with major brands including McDonald’s, Starbucks, and KFC, as well as luxury residential developments. His experience in vendor management, materials procurement, labor supervision, regulatory coordination, and field problem-solving gives him a practical understanding of how design decisions translate into built results.
Earlier in his career, Clifford also served as a project engineer and project manager with the Village Aid Project, contributing engineering expertise to community-oriented projects and reinforcing an approach that connects technical problem-solving with community needs.
We invite you to work together to turn your vision into a resilient place of lasting value.
