Achieving Sustainable Design through Efficiency and Optimization.

Many of our clients have raised concerns about reducing sources of emissions and energy consumption, and we help them explore ways of optimizing our built environment in order to reduce the overall energy consumed by the infrastructure. Our IDEA (Integrated Design & Econometrics Analysis) process helps to design and optimize usable/habitable spaces. It helps our team investigate structural systems earlier in the design phase to ensure optimal efficiency and stability. It integrates design with simulation and analysis to provide architects and structural engineers with real-time results without having to recreate analytical information in a separate model. For our urban design projects, it allowed our team and our clients to visualize and provide feedback that ensure design goals are met.
