UC Studios views community corridors as shared economic and civic spaces—not simply transportation routes. Our approach integrates mobility, streetscape and landscape design, pedestrian and bicycle access, public-realm improvements, and local-business strategy to create corridors that are safer, more inviting, and better connected to the communities they serve. By connecting physical improvements with investment priorities, we establish practical, phased pathways for revitalization.
For Chichester Corridor Planning, UC Studios prepared a community and economic-development plan that linked residential neighborhoods, community destinations, and commercial areas. The work identified streetscape, landscaping, pedestrian and bicycle, and mobility improvements that could strengthen the corridor’s identity, safety, and overall function, while supporting local businesses and future investment. The resulting framework provided a coordinated basis for public improvements, private reinvestment, and long-term community revitalization.
