Robert leads UC Studios’ integrated approach to urban development, redevelopment strategy, and project implementation, bringing together planning, urban design, architecture, engineering, development economics, capitalization, and delivery within a single collaborative framework.
His work begins with the premise that successful urban development must respond simultaneously to place, people, market, capital, and long-term performance. Robert works with property owners, municipalities, institutions, investors, and community stakeholders to establish a shared vision, identify the economic and physical assets of a place, and translate those opportunities into viable development strategies.
At UC Studios, his role extends beyond planning or design. He helps structure the path from vision and feasibility through entitlements, financing, design, partnerships, and implementation—ensuring that ambitious ideas can become enduring places.
Robert is an urban development executive and strategist with more than two decades of experience advancing complex mixed-use, adaptive reuse, infill, transit-oriented, and community redevelopment initiatives. His career spans real estate development, urban design, architecture, construction management, and public-private implementation, allowing him to connect project vision with the practical realities of land use, entitlement, market feasibility, capitalization, design, and delivery. His portfolio includes transit-oriented development, mixed-use districts, infill housing, historic rehabilitation, cultural destinations, economic-development initiatives, and public-private partnerships.
A central theme of Robert’s work is the reinvestment in existing communities and urban assets. He focuses on how buildings, infrastructure, mobility, public space, institutions, and private investment can work together to strengthen communities and create long-term value. His approach integrates resiliency, human-scale urbanism, economic feasibility, and stakeholder priorities, aligning vision with market demand, funding, design, infrastructure, and implementation. Through this integrated strategy, Robert helps move meaningful ideas from concept to viable places that remain adaptable, connected, and valuable for generations.
We invite you to work together to turn your vision into a resilient place of lasting value.
